Tabitha Schultz

Tabitha R. Schultz, 41, passed away unexpectedly on July 11th, 2025. She was the beloved mother of Hannah E. Schultz (fiancé, Timothy Suwityarat). Born in Newport, Tabitha was the daughter of the late Gwendolyn Schultz and Dennis Sapp, and the cherished stepdaughter of Joseph O'Brien.

In addition to her daughter, she is survived by her sister, Tia Schultz, and her niece, Shelby Sapp, who shared a close and loving relationship with Tabitha. She is also remembered by many beloved relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her brother, Zachary Schultz.

Tabitha was known for her warmth and especially her talent as a baker. She pursued her passion for the culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University in Rhode Island. Her loved ones will remember her fondness for gnomes and Winnie-the-Pooh, reminders of the gentle spirit she brought into their lives.

One of the most enduring relationships in Tabitha's life was her friendship with Claire Richards, her best friend and chosen sister. Their bond was a constant source of laughter, strength, and unwavering support. It was an example of lifelong friendship that touched everyone who knew them both.

Above all, Tabitha loved and treasured her family, who will all miss her dearly.
